How does card identification work?
Hawk analyzes your card photo, extracts key details, and matches those details against recent marketplace data. If confidence is high, it pre-fills title, brand, year, set, and card number so you can review quickly before listing.
How do I connect my eBay account?
Open Settings, go to Marketplaces, and tap Connect next to eBay. Hawk redirects you to eBay for secure authorization, then returns you to the app once linking is complete.
What if my card doesn't match correctly?
On the Review screen, you can edit title, player, set details, condition, and pricing before publishing. If a scan result is off, skip it and rescan with better lighting and a tighter crop for a cleaner match.
How accurate is the pricing data?
Pricing is based on recent market comps and listing trends, then adjusted by your pricing mode in Settings. Market movement can be fast, so treat the suggested price as a starting point and adjust when needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings, tap Manage under your account, and use the billing portal to cancel. Your plan remains active through the current billing period unless your provider terms say otherwise.
Can I edit a listing after pushing to eBay?
Yes. Once a card is pushed, you can still edit the listing directly in eBay Seller Hub. Hawk handles fast draft creation, while final listing management remains available in your eBay account.
What card types are supported?
Hawk is optimized for sports cards today, including modern and vintage singles across major sports. Additional categories are being expanded over time, but sports workflows are currently the primary path.
Is my data safe?
Hawk uses authenticated sessions and scoped marketplace connections to perform actions on your behalf. We only store the data needed to run scans, queue listings, and keep your account settings consistent.
