User Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate card details, condition disclosure, account credentials, and lawful marketplace use.
Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of uploaded images and submitted content. Hawk retains rights in the software, models, and generated metadata outputs.
eBay Integration
Hawk integrates with eBay APIs to create and manage listings on your behalf. Hawk is an independent service and is not endorsed by eBay.
Pricing Disclaimer
Comps and pricing suggestions are estimates only and are not guarantees of sale price, timing, or demand.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, platform misuse, or violations of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
